Am going to start off this post by saying, I hate maxi dresses. I have never liked them. And every summer, I try to find one, but I never like the prints. And if I like the print, it doesn't look right on me, am too short (5'4)! But I have finally found an affordable and nice maxi dress that looks good on me.

I have also found a nice flannel shirt, although it may seem a little redneck-ish. Ha ha. Its red, white, and blue; but it's really really nice.

And, of course, another obsession of mineat the moment: BLEACH JEANS. Although I haven't found an affordable nice one. So am trying to make it myself. Pics of that experiment will be up next time.

And this is my dream outfit. A really nice flower dress with a really nice skinny, leather belt. It's the perfect spring/summer outfit (through my eyes)!

Also, thanks to a comment, am looking for pieces that look like the former 90210. Hopefully, I can accomplish that loook and put up an outfit post, possibly tommorow or tonight. We'll see.

    good luck with the bleaching experiment, it's been something i've been meaning to try out for a while now! and i'm in agreement as far as maxi dresses go, i can never find one that looks totally right on me.

    For what it's worth, I love seeing maxi dresses on shorter girls (not the 5'4" is short, anyway). As for the bleached jeans, I went through all the effort to bleach mine and still haven't worn them. Too nervous about the crazy looks I'll get walking down the street. So I think you should do it and then report back on people's reactions.

    i LOVED old school 90210! ahhhhh the whole gang .. 90s fashions ... love it.

    AND i am also too scared to wear maxi dresses. i'm 5'2'' and would drown in the fabric. but they do look comfy!
